Harvest Monday- August 20, 2012

Harvest Monday is hosted by Daphne's Dandelion's.  Stop by and see what other bloggers have harvested this passed week.

'Diva' made her real debut this week.  Each time I went to pick the cherry tomatoes there was another 'Diva' waiting for me.

The humidity this week was very high.  It was to uncomfortable to even think of going outside after work.  Even picking this small amount was an effort.  It has finally broken and this should be a much more comfortable week,

  1. We had the same humidity last week. It was so oppressive even when it wasn't in the 90s. I stayed indoors mostly. It broke yesterday though and it was so nice out then.

  3. You're right about humidity, it was impossible to do anything outside this week at all. Thankfully last night we got some cooler air and today is better. Love the colorful harvest.

    1. Thanks Jenny. You'd think that after living in this area for almost 10 years I'd be used to the oppressive humidity.

  4. We always have high summer humidity in Mobile, Al. The weather man said that today it was higher than normal. Oy vay. I can hardly stand to be outside when it's so hot and humid. Fall will be here soon, though. :)
