Yeah lettuce really produces a lot of seed. Cleaning is a PITA, but you get seed for years. Those four o'clocks look just lovely.
ReplyDeleteDaphne, I've never had lettuce set seed the way these two plants did. Barring any weathr disasters I should be set for life.
DeleteThe four 0'clocks are great this year. Unlike most other varieties this one comes true from saved seed.
